Morning’s with Indian River Select

Mornings with Indian River Select

There’s nothing better in the morning than a fresh glass of OJ! Indian River Select has been our family favorite for a long time. Being a born and raised Floridian, I’m picky about my OJ, and Indian River checks all the boxes for our family. Their OJ is 100% premium juice that has no added sugar, additives, or preservatives. It also has a smooth fresh taste that our toddler loves!

When Indian River Select was founded their goal was to create a better orange juice for families that tastes amazing. What started out as a small boutique-style orange juice brand now has an amazing following and can be found in 3,500 grocery stores across the country. They also have other flavors that are just as good as their original orange juice like their Ruby Red Grapefruit, Passion Fruit, Carrot Beet Blend (a favorite of mine), orange carrot, and honey bell. I love that we can easily give our family extra vitamins and nutrients with these other juice blends too. Their juice blends are high in vitamin C which can help aid in your body’s absorption of nonheme iron which is the iron you can find in spinach. Enjoying a glass of Indian River select has other benefits like antioxidants, calcium for bone health, potassium, improved cognitive function with the absorption of hesperidin (the most common flavonoid found in OJ), Thiamin (vitamin B1 for energy), and folic acid.

There are lots of yummy ways to use Indian River Select in your summertime cooking. Click here to check out a ton of recipes that are perfect for brunch, BBQ’s or a yummy snack!
