Quick & Easy Meals with Minute Rice!

One thing that really helped me when our family grew was getting our family on a meal schedule and simplifying our meals. We try to stick to the basics that we know everyone will love each week & the kids really enjoy knowing what’s coming on the schedule. We throw in a few different recipes here and there but for the most part we stick to the same schedule and it’s really helped make life easier & the kids actually eat dinner! 

Rice is a staple for a lot of our meals & I am loving these Minute Rice Cups! They are so easy to pair with your favorite ingredients & are ready in 60 seconds! They come in BPA-free microwavable cups and are easy to take on the go as well! 

For lunch the other day, I used their new Jalapeño Rice Cups to make a quick taco salad. Tuesday’s are typically taco nights so I used the leftovers from that dinner and just microwaved the rice cup to add in! I also love that they are perfectly portioned & give you the perfect amount of carbs to keep you energized for the day!

The Minute Jalapeño Rice Cups have a tasty blend of onion, green peppers and jalapeños that have a perfect amount of kick to spice up any meal! They weren’t super spicy either so they can work perfectly for kids meals as well!
