    Baby Product Guide

When it comes to baby products, I always turn to my mama friends for advice and suggestions so I’m excited to share with you all a few products that have worked best for us. We reused a lot from our first pregnancy but I also found a few new things this year that have been game-changers with our second daughter. These are products that worked for us but remember it’s really trial and error when it comes to finding what will work best for your baby. A product that worked for us may not be the best for your little one but hopefully this can be a guide to start…

    Amazon Style Fall Addition

Fall is my favorite time of the year and I like to get a head start on decorating/updating my wardrobe even when it’s still warm out. For this week’s Amazon round-up, I put a list together of some top looks that are perfect for that time between August and September where it’s still pretty warm outside. If you live somewhere that is hot year-round (aka me in Florida) these are perfect styles you could wear through December. Happy Amazon-ing! Casual Sleeveless Sweater This sleeveless sweater is perfect for year round! I love the knotted front as well for the perfect fit. Cold Shoulder Casual Twist Top This is one of…

    Summer Skincare

This summer has been a HOT one. Maybe, it’s because I’m 8 months pregnant but the heat seems to be on a different level this year. Living in Florida I try to avoid wearing makeup as much as possible in the summer to limit breakouts and just give my skin a break during the high humidity days. Thankfully, being able to work from home right now allows me to have more makeup-free days, and let me tell you it’s been amazing for my skin! I still like to have a little something on my face and the Tula combo below has been my go-to summer favorite to keep my skin…

    Etsy Fall Favorites

With life being so busy (and crazy) right now I’m getting a head start on browsing all the fall inspo this year. I can honestly say I am SO ready for the holidays and cooler weather to arrive. There’s just something about that crisp fall air that makes life a little sweeter. I was browsing Esty the other day and started running across the cutest and unique handmade fall decor items. I love supporting small businesses, so this year I want to focus on trying to shop small and Etsy is the perfect way to do that. Below, are a few of my Etsy fall favorites! Rustic Handmade White Pumpkins…

    Toddler Room Update

I’m excited to share the new updates to Haven’s “big girl ” room with you all! We have been slowly working on it since she started climbing out of her crib when she turned two. Step 1 was to figure out what would work for her because like most things in parenting its all about trial and error. Her crib converted into a toddler bed so we tried that route first. The first couple of nights went okay but we quickly realized she needed more room to move around. She changes positions a TON when she sleeps and it would wake her up when she didn’t have enough room to…

    What I’m loving on Amazon

Hi friends~ Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. Every couple of weeks I love to put together a list of my favorite Amazon must-haves. All of these items have been go to’s this summer. Hope you enjoy! Leopard Tote This has been one of my favorite totes this summer. It’s big enough for me to pack all the mom goodies in there and it’s stylish as well. I will say it is a little large to carry around if you’re just going to run a quick errand but if you need something that will equal as a diaper bag/purse this is a great option. It’s also a great…

    Quality Baby Products

One thing I learned as a new mom with our first was the importance of investing in quality baby products. So with this pregnancy, I’m only adding products to our nursey that can pass the durability and functionality tests. One of my favorite brands with a huge selection of product choices is BooginHead. They are a women-owned company that is passionate about helping parents solve everyday problems with a focus on keeping products clean and off the floor. I love that their product are designed with little clips to keep everything close to baby and as clean as possible especially in today’s world where that is so important. Their bib…

    Third Trimester Update

Hello third trimester! This pregnancy has definitely been one for the books with everything going on in the world right now but I am so thankful that everything has been healthy/routine from the pregnancy’s perspective. My second trimester felt like it flew by and I know these last two months will do the same. I am trying to soak up all the feels and enjoy these last couple weeks of what could be my last pregnancy but I would be lying if I didn’t say I am ready for our baby girl to be here. Symptoms: So far my symptoms have been all over the place but nothing too extreme.…

    Simple Pantry Refresh

A couple weeks ago, I got the sudden urge to get our kitchen organized. I’m still not sure if it was the nesting kicking in or just a quarantine symptom but either way I finally got it done. I have been wanting to get things more organized in the pantry for a while so I decided to start with that space. With most of my projects, I like to keep them simple and quick so it’s easy to maintain. Below, are the 3 simple steps I took to get our pantry poppin’. Step 1: Take EVERYTHING out This was definitely the most daunting step in the whole process because I…
